38.160 Dishonorable discharge -- Governor to approve dismissal. A dishonorable discharge shall be given only by sentence of a general court-martial. No sentence of dismissal from the service or dishonorable discharge imposed by a courtmartial shall be executed until approved by the Governor. Effective: October 1, 1942 History: Recodified 1942 Ky.
