27A.455 Access to records by Department of Juvenile Justice. The Department of Juvenile Justice shall have access to all court records, active and closed, relating to or in the custody of the juvenile session of the District Court or the Administrative Office of the Courts, or both. Effective: July 15, 1998 History: Created 1998 Ky. Acts ch. 606, sec. 15, effective July 15, 1998.
