18A.415 Discontinuance of pilot personnel program. The Personnel Steering Committee may discontinue a pilot personnel program at any time if the program goals and objectives set forth in the agency's application are not being met and reasonable attempts at corrective action have failed. At that time, the provisions of this chapter which have been suspended to allow for the pilot program shall resume in full force and effect, and all employees participating in the pilot program shall be subject to all provisions of this chapter to the same extent as if those provisions had not been suspended.
