18A.410 Duties of Personnel Steering Committee. The Personnel Steering Committee shall: (1) Oversee all Executive Department pilot personnel programs, including the selection of the organizational units authorized to participate in a pilot personnel program; (2) Monitor and evaluate all Executive Department pilot personnel programs; (3) Prepare status reports; (4) Prepare a final report; (5) Make recommendations for legislation to the 1996 and 1998 Regular Sessions of the Kentucky General Assembly; and (6) Report at least quarterly to the Legislative Research Commission's Interim Joint Committee on Appropriations and Revenue. This report shall include the amount of money saved by the pilot personnel programs and how the money was or is to be spent. Effective: July 15, 1994 History: Created 1994 Ky.
