18A.2281 Repealed, 1998. Catchline at repeal: State employee benefit fund for self-insurance. History: Repealed 1998 Ky. Acts ch. 82, sec. 22, effective July 15, 1998; amended ch. 154, sec. 47, effective July 15, 1998. -- Amended 1994 Ky. Acts ch. 350, sec. 4, effective July 15, 1994; and ch. 512, Part 14, sec. 95, effective July 15, 1994. -Amended 1990 Ky. Acts ch. 394, sec. 1, effective July 13, 1990; and ch. 489, sec. 11, effective July 13, 1990. -- Created 1988 Ky. Acts ch. 5, sec. 2, effective July 15, 1988. Legislative Research Commission Note (7/15/98). Under KRS 446.260, the repeal of this section in 1998 Ky. Acts ch. 82 prevails over its amendment in 1998 Ky. Acts ch. 154.
