18A.220 Authority of secretary. The secretary of the Finance and Administration Cabinet is authorized to perform all acts necessary or advisable for the purpose of contracting for and maintaining insurance under the provisions of KRS 18A.205 to 18A.225. Effective: June 21, 2001 History: Amended 2001 Ky. Acts ch. 164, sec. 2, effective June 21, 2001. -- Amended 1998 Ky. Acts ch. 82, sec. 3, effective July 15, 1998. -- Amended 1988 Ky.
