18A.204 Waiver of educational requirement in Highway Equipment Operator series for employees hired before July 1, 1999. The requirement of a high school diploma, equivalency certificate, or a passing score on the General Educational Development (GED) test in the Highway Equipment Operator series shall not apply to employees hired prior to July 1, 1999. Effective: July 14, 2000 History: Created 2000 Ky. Acts ch. 501, sec. 4, effective July 14, 2000.
