18A.085 Removal of board members by Governor -- Appeal. (1) (2) Members of the board may be removed by the Governor for cause after being given a copy of charges against them and an opportunity for an administrative hearing to be conducted in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B. Any member of the board removed by the Governor may appeal the Governor's final order removing him from the board to the Franklin Circuit Court in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B.
