12.265 Composition of cabinets. The cabinets established in KRS 12.250 shall be composed of departments, boards and commissions as set forth in KRS 12.020. Effective: July 15, 1982 History: Amended 1982 Ky. Acts ch. 393, sec. 11, effective July 15, 1982; and ch. 447, sec. 14, effective April 12, 1982. -- Amended 1980 Ky. Acts ch. 141, sec. 8, effective July 15, 1980; and ch. 295, sec. 5, effective July 15, 1980. -- Amended 1978 Ky. Acts ch. 155, sec. 5; and ch. 186, sec. 21. -- Amended 1976 Ky. Acts ch. 299, sec. 3. -- Created 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 74, Art. VII, sec. 4. Legislative Research Commission Note (1982). This section was amended by two 1982 Acts which do not appear to be in conflict and have been compiled together.
