286.3.183 Transfer of branches between commonly controlled banks.

state, and the bank to which the branches are transferred may thereafter operate the
branches as branches of the bank. (2) As used in this section, the terms "bank," "bank holding company," "controls," and "individual" have the same meaning attributed to them in KRS 286.3-915(3). Effective: July 15, 1996
