322.280 Meetings of board. (1) The board shall hold at least four (4) regular meetings each year. Special meetings shall be held if the bylaws provide. Notice of all meetings shall be given in the manner provided by the bylaws. (2) Six (6) members shall constitute a quorum. Effective: January 1, 1999 History: Amended 1998 Ky.
