322.270 Compensation of board members. Each member shall receive compensation as promulgated by administrative regulation of the board and approved by the appropriate legislative body. Official duties include meetings of committees of the board and time spent in necessary travel. Further, members shall be reimbursed for costs for all actual and necessary expenses incurred in carrying out their official duties as board members.
