75-7b05.License, initial or renewal; fee set by attorney general. (a) Every application for an initial or a renewal license shall be accompanied by a fee in an amount fixed by the attorney general pursuant to K.S.A. 2014 Supp. 75-7b22, and amendments thereto.

(b) In addition to the application fee imposed pursuant to subsection (a), if the applicant is an organization and any of its officers, directors, partners or associates intends to engage in the business of such organization as a private detective, such officer, director, partner or associate shall make a separate application for a license and pay a fee in an amount fixed by the attorney general pursuant to K.S.A. 2014 Supp. 75-7b22, and amendments thereto.
