Section 41-2609 Same; suspension or revocation; procedure.
41-2609. Same; suspension or revocation; procedure. The provisions of K.S.A. 41-320, 41-321, 41-322, 41-323 and 41-324, and amendments thereto, relating to proceedings for the suspension or revocation of licenses issued under the Kansas liquor control act, appeals from orders of the director refusing, suspending or revoking such licenses and judicial review of decisions on such appeals and duties of county attorneys relating to such review shall apply in the same manner to proceedings for the suspension or revocation of licenses issued under this act, appeals from orders of the director refusing, suspending or revoking licenses issued under this act, orders refusing temporary permits, appeals from orders of the director and judicial review of decisions on such appeals.
