IC 8-1-22.6-6 "Pipeline"
Sec. 6. As used in this chapter, "pipeline" means a pipeline (as defined in IC 8-1-22.5-1(c)) that crosses or is located in:
(1) Indiana; and
(2) one (1) or more other states.
