34-2116. Contest papers delivered to presiding officers. On the second day of the regular session of the legislature, the secretary of state shall deliver to the speaker of the house all papers relating to the contested elections of executive officers, and to the presiding officers of each house, all papers relating to contested elections of the members of their respective houses.
