Chapter 8 - COSMETICIANS
Section 54-806 - SCHOOLS AND ESTABLISHMENTS -- WHO MAY OPERATE -- LICENSURE -- MANAGEMENT.
(2) Any person, firm, association or corporation may own and operate a school of cosmetology, provided that such school has been duly licensed with the board, and the school maintains the requirements specified in section 54-808, Idaho Code.
