Section 54-302A - LICENSE BY ENDORSEMENT -- TEMPORARY PRACTICE.
2. An architect, not licensed in this state, seeking an architectural commission in this state, shall be permitted to practice in the state for a period not to exceed six (6) months, for the purpose of offering to render architectural services and for that purpose only, without first having been licensed by the board, if:

Persons allowed to offer architectural services under subsection 2 of this section are prohibited from doing more than offering such services or actually rendering architectural services until fully licensed by the board. Violation of this provision, if found by the board after a hearing under chapter 52, title 67, Idaho Code, constitutes grounds for refusal to issue a license.
