37-339. Breed name of dairy cattle carried on label of milk and milk products -- Policy. It is hereby declared to be the policy of the legislature of the state of Idaho that the public interest requires that all milk or the product thereof sold under a label containing the breed name of a nationally recognized breed organization of dairy cattle be milk obtained exclusively from dairy herds of that breed.
