TITLE 33 EDUCATION
CHAPTER 19 FRATERNITIES -- RESTRICTIONS
33-1901 FRATERNITIES, SORORITIES, AND SECRET SOCIETIES PROHIBITED IN ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS.
Fraternities, sororities, and secret societies prohibited in elementary and secondary schools. It shall be unlawful for any person, group or organization to establish a fraternity, sorority or other secret society whose membership is comprised in whole or in part of pupils enrolled in the public elementary or secondary schools of the state, or to solicit a pupil in any such school to become a member of such organization; and no pupil enrolled in the public elementary or secondary schools shall be or become a member, or pledge himself to become a member of any such organization.
