Section 657-20 is limited to causes of action mentioned in this part or §663-3, and therefore does not apply to plaintiff's claim brought pursuant to chapter 480. 777 F. Supp. 2d 1224.
§657-3.5 Relation back of amendments. An amended pleading relates back to the date of the original pleading as provided by the rules of court.
