§53-18 Investment of funds.

§53-18 Investment of funds. A redevelopment agency may invest any of its funds not required for immediate disbursement in securities which constitute legal investments under state laws relating to investment of trust funds by trust companies, including those authorized by article 8 of chapter 412.
