HI Rev Stat § 514B-70 (2010 through Reg Sess) What's This?

[§514B-70] Limitation of actions. No civil or criminal actions shall be brought by the State pursuant to this chapter more than two years after the discovery of the facts upon which the actions are based or ten years after completion of the sales transaction involved, whichever has first occurred.
