§ 51-4-4. Wrongful Death of Child

Universal Citation: GA Code § 51-4-4 (2022)

The right to recover for the homicide of a child shall be as provided in Code Section 19-7-1 and Code Section 53-1-5.

History. Code 1933, § 105-1307, enacted by Ga. L. 1980, p. 1154, § 2; Ga. L. 2022, p. 669, § 1/SB 543.

The 2022 amendment, effective July 1, 2022, added “and Code Section 53-1-5” at the end of this Code section.
