Article 7 - Subsidization of Adoption
§ 26-7-107. Appeals
In any case where an application under this article is denied or a grant of subsidization of adoption is reduced or terminated, the applicant or recipient shall have the right to appeal to the department, with a hearing before a department administrative law judge in accordance with the "State Administrative Procedure Act". A hearing need not be granted when either state or federal law requires or results in a reduction or deletion of services.
