Section 10176.4.

CA Ins Code § 10176.4 through (2015) Leg Sess What's This?

10176.4. For purposes of establishing the fact of disability in credit disability insurance, disability insurance or life insurance, chiropractors certifications of disability when made within the scope of their license shall be accepted by insurers as equally valid as physicians and surgeons certifications of disability when made within the scope of their license.
