DIVISION 110 - THE HEALTH INSURANCE PORTABILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY IMPLEMENTATION ACT OF 2001 [130300 - 130317]
Section 130317
This division shall become inoperative on June 30, 2016, and as of that date is repealed, unless a later enacted statute, that is enacted before June 30, 2016, deletes or extends the dates on which it becomes inoperative and is repealed.
(Amended by Stats. 2012, Ch. 23, Sec. 42. Effective June 27, 2012. Repealed as of June 30, 2016, by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Division 110, commencing with Section 130300.)
