CA Health & Safety Code § 130304 (through 2013 Leg Sess) What's This?
The office shall be under the supervision and control of a director, known as the Director of the Office of HIPAA Implementation, who shall be appointed by, and serve at the pleasure of, the Secretary of the Health and Human Services Agency.
(Added by Stats. 2001, Ch. 635, Sec. 1. Effective October 9, 2001. Repealed as of June 30, 2016, pursuant to Section 130317.)
