CA Health & Safety Code § 130282 (through 2013 Leg Sess) What's This?
  

This division shall become inoperative on the date the director executes a declaration stating that the grant period for the State Cooperative Grant Agreement for health information exchange has ended, and as of that date is repealed.

(Added by Stats. 2010, Ch. 227, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 2011. Repealed on date prescribed by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Division 109.6, commencing with Section 130275.)
