Person with a disability means the same as the term is defined by regulations established pursuant to Section 504 of the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended in 1992 (29 U.S.C. Sec. 12101 et seq.), and the federal Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. Sec. 12101 et seq.).
