CHAPTER 9. Senior Center Bond Act of 1984

The department shall make awards from funds derived from this bond act to public or private nonprofit agencies for the purpose of acquiring, renovating, constructing, and purchasing of equipment for senior centers, or funding startup costs of programs, or program expansion of senior center programs.
