CA Water Code § 23224 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

The ballots at the election shall contain a brief statement of the general purpose of the contract substantially as stated in the notice of election and the extent of the obligation to be assumed with the words Contract Yes and Contract No or Contract and bonds Yes and Contract and bonds No whichever may be applicable.
