CA Penal Code § 4411 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

As used in this title, and for the purpose of this title, the following words shall have the following meanings:

(a) Committee means the County Jail Capital Expenditure Finance Committee created by Section 4413.

(b) Fund means the County Jail Expenditure Fund.

(Added by Stats. 1982, Ch. 34, Sec. 1. Approved November 2, 1982, by adoption of Proposition 2.)
