TITLE 7.55. SAN DIEGO REGIONAL GOVERNMENT EFFICIENCY COMMISSION [67150 - 67150.6]
Section 67150.6
(a) This title shall remain in effect only until the effective date of the legislation implementing the commission s plan and on that date this title is repealed.
(b) The Secretary of State shall identify the effective date of the implementing legislation described in subdivision (a).
(Added by Stats. 2000, Ch. 764, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 2001. Repealed as of date prescribed by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Title 7.55, commencing with Section 67150.)
