Section 1103


CA Fin Code § 1103 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

No restated articles of a bank shall become effective unless the certificate setting forth such restated articles is filed with the Secretary of State with the commissioner s approval endorsed thereon. Promptly after the restated articles become effective, such bank shall file with the commissioner a copy of such certificate certified by the Secretary of State.
