CA Fin Code § 1026 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

The commissioner may, in approving an application to organize and establish a corporation to engage in the banking or trust business pursuant to Section 362, impose any conditions the commissioner deems reasonable or necessary or advisable in the public interest.
