Section 42271
This article shall become inoperative on July 1, 2013, and, as of January 1, 2014, is repealed, unless a later enacted statute, that becomes operative on or before January 1, 2014, deletes or extends the dates on which it becomes inoperative and is repealed.
(Added by Stats. 2008, Ch. 271, Sec. 2. Effective September 24, 2008. Repealed as of January 1, 2014, by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Article 3, commencing with Section 42260.)
