Section 17611
CA Corp Code § 17611 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?
If litigation is instituted to test the sufficiency or regularity of the vote of the members in authorizing a reorganization, any proceedings under Sections 17605 and 17606 shall be suspended until final determination of that litigation.
