CA Corp Code § 12530 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

Any corporation may merge with another domestic corporation, foreign corporation, or other business entity (Section 12242.5). However, a merger with a public benefit corporation or a religious corporation must have the prior written consent of the Attorney General.
