CA Bus & Prof Code § 9714 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

For a violation of any of the provisions of Sections 9709, 9710, 9711 and 9713, the bureau may temporarily suspend or permanently revoke the license of the cemetery licensee in accordance with the provisions of this act relating to disciplinary proceedings.
