CA Bus & Prof Code § 7585.13 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

All baton course material provided to the certificate holder in the Baton Training Manual issued by the bureau shall be covered in each class session. In no event shall the class instruction for the course required for baton certification total less than eight hours.
