Section 7528


CA Bus & Prof Code § 7528 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

The chief shall issue a license, the form and content of which shall be determined by the chief in accordance with Section 164. In addition, the chief shall issue a Certificate of Licensure to any licensee, upon request and upon the payment of a fee of fifty dollars ($50).
