CA Bus & Prof Code § 7209.5 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

Except as the context otherwise requires, as used in this chapter the term instructor means a person who instructs blind persons in the use of guide dogs or who engages in the business of training, selling, hiring, or supplying guide dogs for the blind.
