It is an unfair business practice for any person to represent themselves as a certified interior designer unless they comply with the requirements of this chapter.
(Added by Stats. 2001, Ch. 495, Sec. 5. Effective January 1, 2002. Repealed as of January 1, 2014, pursuant to Section 5810.)
