§ 28-414 Motor vehicle pool consolidation fund; exemption

28-414. Motor vehicle pool consolidation fund; exemption
Beginning July 1, 2020, the motor vehicle pool consolidation fund is established consisting of monies transferred from the motor vehicle pool revolving fund established by section 41-804. The department of transportation shall administer the fund. Monies in the fund are subject to legislative appropriation and shall be used to reimburse the department of transportation for costs related to implementing an intergovernmental agreement with the department of administration to operate the state motor vehicle fleet established pursuant to section 41-803. Monies in the fund are exempt from the provisions of section 35-190 relating to lapsing of appropriations.
