38-651.06. Department of administration; analysis; incentive-based program for group health and accident coverage; cost effectiveness
Not later than August 3, 2019 the department of administration shall complete an analysis of the cost-effectiveness of implementing an incentive-based program for group health and accident coverage for current enrollees and retirees. Any program found to be cost-effective may be implemented as part of the next open enrollment. The department shall communicate in writing the rationale for its decision and the details of any proposed incentive-based program for group health and accident coverage to the joint legislative budget committee.
