36-108.01. Department of health services intergovernmental agreement/county contributions fund; annual report
On or before October 1, 2014, the directors of the joint legislative budget committee and the governor's office of strategic planning and budgeting shall agree to the content and format of a revenue and expenditure report of the department of health services intergovernmental agreement/county contributions fund. Beginning November 1, 2014, the department of health services shall report annually to the joint legislative budget committee on the revenues, expenditures and ending balances from the previous, current and subsequent fiscal years.
