32-724 Reciprocity; certificate
32-724. Reciprocity; certificate
The board may issue a certificate of reciprocity to the holder of a certificate or license issued by another state or a foreign country:
1. On application.
2. On a showing that the applicant has qualifications that are considered to be substantially equivalent to those required by this chapter as provided by section 32-726.
3. On payment of an application fee in an amount prescribed pursuant to section 32-729, subsection B.
