30-107. Meetings of commission

A. All meetings of the commission shall be public. All members of the commission shall attend all meetings thereof unless excused from attendance for a justifiable excuse, but three members shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.

B. The commission shall keep minutes of its meetings and may publish so much thereof as the commission considers of public interest and benefit.
