Section 12-15-124Authority of juvenile court to make interlocutory or final dispositional orders in cases where parties served by publication. The juvenile court shall make interlocutory and final dispositional orders in those cases in which a party or parties have been served by publication in accordance with rules adopted by the Supreme Court of Alabama.
